[E-POSTER PRESENTATION]

ESPSN’25/ArAPD’4 Congress E-POSTER FORMAT GUIDELINES

The ESPSN’25/ArAPD’4 Congress considers posters for presentation in Digital Format. During the conference posters will be displayed on interactive monitors for viewing by congress attendees. The digital poster (E- Poster) replaces the paper-based poster style presented in previous years.
Deadline of E-Poster Presentation Submission is September 15, 2024.

E-Posters should adhere to the following formatting specifications:

  • All e-Posters should be prepared in English.
  • e-Posters should be saved in File Format: PPT, PDF, PNG or JPEG .
  • File sizes should be no larger than 10 MB
  • Layout: Portrait (Vertical Orientation) 16/9 ratio. For best viewing, set your page size to 01 cm width x 142.02 cm Hight.
  • Use the templet below in powerpoint and then export the file as ppt, pdf, png or jpeg
  • Use a high-contrast lettering and readable fonts (minimum font size of 24).
  • Remember contrast. Dark fonts on light backgrounds, light fonts on dark backgrounds. All other combinations are especially difficult to read on-screen.
  • Save your poster presentation on a USB memory stick and bring these with you.
  • Avoid hyperlinks. Instead, incorporate a QR code into your presentation that will direct attendees to a website that contains more information about your poster and research.
  • For any section, the font size is relative. If inserted text does not fill the current section, then font size must be increased. Also, the layout, number of sections and titles could be modified as you desire.
  • Media: Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the e-Poster.
  • Multimedia: videos and music cannot be included in the e-Poster.
  • Size of Poster:
    • Pixels: the minimum recommended size (format WxH) is 1125 x 2000px and the maximum is 2250 x 4000px.
    • DPI 300 pixels/inch

E-Poster Tips

Clarity: People attending a poster session are free to move about from poster to poster and often must view a poster from a distance, making it difficult to read excessive text and small fonts. With this in mind, we recommend you do the following:
  • Use large fonts and limit text to essential information. Place your major points in the poster and have the nonessential, but interesting, sidelights for informal discussion.
  • Keep content simple and communicate clearly.
  • Consider whether the sequence of information is evident. Indicate the ordering of your material with numbers, letters, or arrows when necessary.
  • “A picture’s worth a thousand words.” Imaginative use of captioned illustrations, photographs, graphs, or other types of visually appealing material are extremely effective at communicating during a poster presentation.
  • Make your final conclusions or summary a concise statement of your most important findings.
