{"id":3316,"date":"2024-01-05T02:57:42","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T00:57:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.espsn.org\/conference\/?page_id=3316"},"modified":"2024-09-16T08:37:37","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T06:37:37","slug":"pedo-talks-session","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.espsn.org\/conference\/submit-your-abstract\/pedo-talks-session\/","title":{"rendered":"PEDO TALKS Session"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3349&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ESPSN\u201925\/ArAPD\u20194<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8220;Pedo Talks Session&#8221;<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>If you want to be part of the educational program by speaking at <strong>ESPSN\u201925\/ArAPD\u20194<\/strong> Congress<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>This year <\/strong><strong>pedo talks will be presented live at the conference <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">If you have a <strong>Research<\/strong>, <strong>treatment update<\/strong> or a <strong>new concept<\/strong>, this will be a great opportunity to present your lecture and engage with audience from all over the world.<\/h5>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Presentations Submission deadline is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">September 15, 2024.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3><strong><u>Oral Presentations\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">A 25-minute opportunity with a 20-minute oral presentation and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">In this format, each presenter will bring a single idea or concept and will share it with the audience. You must be a pediatric dentist to present during this session. Keep your presentation focused on the topic and be sure to allow time for questions.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Oral Presentations will take place on Wednesday, January 29 &amp; Thursday, January 30.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">The deadline to submit for Oral Presentations is September 15, 2024.<\/h5>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><u>Application Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<h5>You must register for the main conference in order to present at the PEDO TALKS Session. The committee will strictly adhere to these guidelines. Only online submissions will be reviewed; incomplete submissions will not be considered.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5><strong><u>Disclosures<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are accepted as a presenter, you will be asked to identify any financial interest related to your presentation by completing a Conflict of Interest Form.<\/h5>\n<h3><strong><u>Presentations<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5>All presentations must be submitted by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>December 10, 2024<\/strong><\/span>. All presentations will be downloaded onto one laptop for all sessions. Please note, the scientific committee has the right to update the submission timeline if necessary.<\/h5>\n<h3><strong><u>Compensation and Registration <\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<h5>All of the above-listed speaking roles are unpaid and as a presenter, you are responsible for your own registration costs, travel expenses, and arrangements, including air travel and hotel accommodations. This is considered a contribution to your professional industry.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>If your program is well received by the audience, the Scientific Program will typically invite the speaker to future return for our main stages.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Submitting your Talk \u00a0does NOT automatically register you for ESPSN\u201925 \/ ArAPD\u20194 Conference.
