During the conference posters will be displayed on interactive monitors for viewing by congress attendees. The digital poster (<strong>E- Poster<\/strong>) replaces the paper-based poster style presented in previous years.<\/h6>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Deadline of E-Poster Presentation Submission is extended to October 01, 2024.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong><u>E-Posters<\/u><\/strong><u> should adhere to the following formatting specifications<\/u>:<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>All <strong>e-Posters<\/strong> should be prepared in English.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>e-Posters<\/strong> should be saved in File Format: <strong>PPT, PDF, PNG or JPEG<\/strong> .<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>File sizes should be no larger than <strong>10 MB<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Layout: <strong>Portrait (Vertical Orientation)<\/strong> 16\/9 ratio. For best viewing, set your page size to <strong>01 cm width<\/strong> x <strong>142.02 cm Hight<\/strong>.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Use the <strong>templet below<\/strong> in powerpoint and then export the file as ppt, pdf, png or jpeg<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Use a high-contrast lettering and readable fonts (minimum font size of 24).<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>Remember contrast<\/strong>. Dark fonts on light backgrounds, light fonts on dark backgrounds. All other combinations are especially difficult to read on-screen.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Save your poster presentation on a <strong>USB memory stick<\/strong> and bring these with you.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Avoid hyperlinks. Instead, incorporate a QR code into your presentation that will direct attendees to a website that contains more information about your poster and research.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>For any section, the font size is relative. If inserted text does not fill the current section, then font size must be increased. With this in mind, we recommend you do the following:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Use large fonts and limit text to essential information. Place your major points in the poster and have the nonessential, but interesting, sidelights for informal discussion.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Keep content simple and communicate clearly.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Consider whether the sequence of information is evident.
