For any cancellation or alteration of your registration, the Congress Organizer (MarkeDent) must be notified in writing by e-mail at [email protected]

Registration cancellations or alterations are subject to the following conditions:

* Cancellation before 20 November  2024 is refundable but subjected to a 50% Cancellation fees.

* Starting from 21 November  2024 Congress fees , Workshops and hotel fees are non refundable

* Registration fees may be transferred to another attendee; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s status. ( Deadline for registration substitution is 20 November 2024)

– Hotel Reservation is non-refundable  after 20 November 2024 ( Due to High demands for the available rooms in the hotel during that time of year)
